Dough Boys Pizza needed a professional looking site for their local take-away food business. Something which they could easily update themselves, and change prices, Special Offers promotions etc. They also needed a newsletter so that they could communicate with their customers, allowing them to send them promotional offers and special “Email only deals”.
I designed the site so that it had a big “Meal Deal/ Special’s Board” at the top of the home page – this is the first thing that the visitor will see, allowing them to quickly and easily see what’s “HOT” at Dough Boys right now.
The phone number is also huge so it can’t be missed and saves the visitor vital seconds trawling the site looking for a phone number!

Ting.it – Just a bit of fun really!
The world is full of really long, ugly URL’s (web addresses) and the idea behind Ting.it is to take those long URL’s and make them short.
It’s been done before and there’s loads around but I fancied giving URL shortening a try and the result is Ting.it!
Try it out – Maybe go on Youtube and copy the URL – You’ll notice it’s really UGLY with loads of random letters and stuff. Go to Ting.it and PASTE it in the box. Then click TING IT.
As if by magic Ting.it will then make your long ugly URL into a nice short one ready to send to friends and colleagues or post on Twitter and Facebook!
Really simple … but from a marketing point of view it’s great as lots of people use Ting.it links and so I get lots of people visiting the site!

M.A. Recruitment Services is a recruitment company in Torquay, South Devon.
They came to me looking for a simple, but effective site to post upcoming jobs; take CV’s online using online forms from potential staff; post latest news and information about their company; and to have an effective web presence which they can show to clients.
A logo was also needed so from the abbreviated M.A.R.S came the rocket in the logo – it looks great on one of their company cars! (photo to come!)

Ecohho.com is one of my first websites dedicated to the world of Hydrogen Fuel Cells.
When a hydrogen fuel cell (HHO cell) is installed in a vehicle it creates hydrogen gas – on demand – and without boring you with science it basically increases your fuel efficiency so you get better MPG.
Ecohho.com gives away FREE Hydrogen Fuel Cell Plans so that you can build your own fuel cell at home out of everyday materials.
I had a hydrogen cell installed in my van and increased my MPG by around 30%. With todays fuel prices so ridiculously high more and more people are turning to alternative ways to save fuel and HHO is one of them.

Discopixels.com is an online canvas building website.
Visitors can Upload their own image, edit it using the online Canvas Builder and then purchase their personally crafted canvas online. The edited canvas is sent to the website owner Marcus, who can then print the customers image onto high quality canvas, matching the colours, sizes etc that the customer chose while building their canvas online.
The Canvas Building application was not created in house. I out sourced this to a man named Kaushik in India – a freelance programmer – who designed and coded the Canvas Builder application. With the application finished I was then able to integrate it into the website and create an e-commerce site with a twist!
Discopixels.com is my most challenging project to date but one that was great fun and a pleasure to have worked on.
I created everything on the site (besides the Canvas Builder) including the logo, flash animations, 3D canvas images and all graphic work.

Laserologies.com is my Optical Express Refer a Friend website.
I had my eyes fixed with Optical Express Laser Eye Surgery, it worked so well I decided to tell the world about it!
